Tim Green - Managing Director

Tim Green left Sydney Grammar School in 1984, going on to The University of NSW to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing.

Following Tim’s graduation in 1987 Tim took his first commercial post with Westfield.

In 1989 Tim joined Raine & Horne Commercial (now FPD Savills), where he spent the next 3 years.  It was in October 1991 that he set up his own commercial real estate company, Tim Green Commercial.

Tim received his Advanced Certificate in Real Estate in July 1991.

Tim Green is an active member of many community organisations and charities.  Tim Green is a board member of Odyssey House and Entrepreneurs Organisation Sydney, is Vice President of the Tamarama Surf Club and is a member of the South Sydney Rugby League Football Captains Club.

Danny Condell – Director

Danny joined Tim Green Commercial as Director of Management in January 2002 after a successful career in corporate property with Jones Lang Lasalle and Global Property Solutions.

Prior to this, Danny’s initial entry into the property industry commenced in the late 1980’s as a trainee valuer of commercial and retail property.  This was followed by a number of years contracting property services in the local government sector.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Land Economy from the University of Western Sydney.

Cameron Algie – Director

Cameron has been involved in the commerical property industry, specialising in the CBD of Sydney for over 7 years.  Cameron was educated at Scots College completing his education in 1992.  He went on to further his studies by graduating with credits in a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney.
 
Over the past 9 years, Cameron has primarily been responsible for heading up commercial leasing teams within the CBD of Sydney.  Joining Tim Green Commercial in 1999, Cameron is now responsible for heading up a successful team of 5 leasing negotiators.
 
The leasing division at Tim Green Commercial  has built a client porfolio of, but not limited to; Citadin Pty Ltd, Stockland (Trust Company Of Australia), GPT Management limited, ING Limited, Australand Holdings, DB RREEF plus a small number of high wealth individuals.

Scot Robertson – Director

Scot Robertson is Director in charge of the Tim Green Commercial City Fringe Metro Sales and Leasing Division with a mandate to focus and build a team of operators to cover the growth of Tim Green Commercial’s business throughout the lucrative City Fringe, South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, StGeorge and Sutherland Shire Areas of Sydney, by giving complete and specialised agency service, in both Sales and Leasing.

Adam Hennessy – Director

Adam Hennessy has been involved in Sydney Commercial real estate for 13 years. Adam joined Tim Green Commercial in January 2007 after owning Ray White Commercial Sydney Leasing for 5 years. Adam is a licensed real estate agent and has an advanced marketing diploma.
