沈中明 William Shen, 毕业于新南威尔士大学（University of New South Wales）建筑环境系，地产发展硕士；麦觉理大学 (Macquarie University) 工商管理系，工商管理硕士。移民澳大利亚二十年，经营过自己的生意，曾任职于澳洲国防部军人住房部 (Defence Housing Authority), 管理军人住房，亦曾担任过物业管理经理、地产总经理、地产持牌人、高级商业地产销售租赁顾问。因地产经验丰富而被特邀为澳洲华人电台商业地产节目主持人及华声地产、雪梨地产、海天周刊等杂志的商业地产专栏作家。现任Tim Green Commercial商业地产公司亚洲部主管。
