    Flour Mill sells for $10.8 Million

    280 Jones Street, Pyrmont, was one of the last strategic sites available on the Pyrmont/Ultimo peninsula purchased by Edwin Davey Pty Ltd (Ceerose Constructions) for a mixed use residential + commercial project to be known as "The Mills". The site was 3100 sqm, with DA lodged for 120 apartments and 1500 sqm of commercial space, integrating the original flour mill façade. Sale equated to $90,000 per unit site potential (STCA).
     
    TGC Acted for Boulos Holding Pty Ltd in this "off market" sale with Scot Robertson having originally sold the property to Mike Boulos in 1996 for $3.38 million. Scot Robertson and John Romyn negotiated the sale.
