- We pay the highest commission rates in the industry - 50%!
- There's no red tape - The buck stops in the Sydney office, and
I encourage you to work as autonomously or as much as a team as you
like.
- We believe in quality of life - I understand that people
have lives and families, and I would never expect staff
to work until all hours just to get ahead. As long as
you get the job done, it doesn't matter how many hours it takes you
to do it.
- There are no regional limitations - Unlike other agencies, I
don't encourage that you be pigeonholed into one region. If you
have a client that recently bought in Surry Hills, and they want to
buy in the CBD, that's your client all day long. Flexibility is
important for job satisfaction, and I encourage you to expand
beyond one area.
- Minimal internal reporting - There's nothing worse than
spending half the day on reports when you could be prospecting. As
such, reports are always kept to a minimum.
- No internal politics - Not only do I dissuade such behaviour, I
simply won't tolerate it. So you know you'll be walking into a
collegial and fun work atmosphere.
- We are privately owned - this means no red tape, total
flexibility in expertise, minimal reporting and a healthy work-life
balance.
