William Shen
Director - Asian Division
Focusing on both commercial property sales and
commercial leasing, William Shen joined the TGC team with a
view of cultivating and expanding the agency's property
portfolio in the Asian market, with an emphasis on the Sydney CBD
and Chinatown region.
Equipped with a strong academic knowledge of property, William
always provides his clients with willing and honest advice in
commercial property investment, and is constantly noted for his
incredibly strong work ethic.
Among his portfolio, notable clients include Macquarie Bank,
Brookfield Multiplex, Ashington Development, Chinese Government,
Chinese Business Council, and Chinese Chamber of Commerce
(Chinatown).
William holds a Master of Property Development from the University
of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration from
Macquarie University.
