Approach
Our proven approach includes the following steps:

TGC is appointed as tenant broker and an accommodation brief is
formulated in consultation with an internal project team.

TGC will compile a report of all available options in the market
that matches the brief and provide commentary on the suitability of
these options.

The most suitable premises will be short-listed and inspected and
space planning will be performed to ensure satisfaction of the
brief and the efficient utilisation of space.

Leasing proposals will be called from the preferred options. The
client performs financial and non-financial analysis in conjunction
with TGC to determine the preferred location.

The process of offer and counter offer is conducted. Suitable terms
and conditions are agreed upon between the parties and can be
commercially documented via an executed lease.
