Head of Facilities Management for TGC Property Group, Serge Makrooussov has forged a global career spanning more than two decades in some of the world's most iconic buildings working for and alongside enormous conglomerates such as Charter Hall. Having held senior management positions personally responsible for management of high profile buildings such as the Allianz Centre, Serge also has extensive experience managing multiple precincts of residential, commercial, retail, industrial and 5-star hospitality assets. With a Bachelor Degree in Auto-Mechanical Engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Information Systems Management and Post Graduate Degree in Facilities Management, Serge's industry experience is augmented by a firm grounding of formal study.
