Danny Condell is a Director at TGC Property Group, with over 25 years of experience in commercial sales and leasing. Since joining the company as a Director in 2001, Danny has built an extensive network of valued clients across all markets. He has previously held senior positions in both government and private sector organisations.

Danny is a registered valuer and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney. His distinguished career includes numerous transactions involving entire buildings across Sydney CBD and the City Fringe. One of his most notable achievements was the sale of the iconic Van Cleef & Arpels building on Castlereagh Street, Sydney, for approximately $61 million, securing a significant result for this landmark corner-position trophy asset.
